The service

VPN Superiore provides Premium VPN access with a dedicated IP address in the country you choose, for a monthly subscription of €29.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal activity, spam, network attacks or copyright infringement. In case of abuse we may suspend the account without a refund.

Payment and renewal

Your subscription renews automatically every month through PayPal until you cancel it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you’re a consumer in the European Union you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase by writing to info@vpnsuperiore.com. Because you ask for immediate activation in the order form, if you withdraw we refund the amount paid minus the share for the days of service already used.

In any case, if the service doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix the problem, we fully refund a first payment claimed within 14 days.

Availability

We do our best to keep servers online at all times, but we can’t guarantee there will be no interruptions due to maintenance or third-party providers.
